Outside work is a race against water. Most exterior repairs start as one soft board and turn out to be a framing problem underneath — which is exactly why you want a framer looking at it instead of somebody who'll caulk over it and move on.
We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth repairing or whether you're better off replacing it. Sometimes that answer costs us the job. You'll still get it straight.
