Where your village requires one, yes. Decks, garages, additions and structural changes usually need a permit and an inspection, and we handle that paperwork and scheduling.
We do. A lot of our Aurora work starts as one rotted board or a door that won't latch. Small jobs are welcome and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth repairing or replacing.
